Prescription glasses ordered through our website require a valid prescription issued by a licensed eye care professional. You are responsible for providing accurate prescription information. We are not liable for vision problems resulting from incorrect prescription data provided by you. All progressive and complex lens orders are reviewed by our optical team before production, and we reserve the right to contact you for clarification or additional measurements.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept PayPal and major credit cards. Bank transfers are available for wholesale orders upon request.
Production timelines are estimates and begin after prescription confirmation. We are not responsible for delays due to incomplete prescription information, customs processing, or shipping carrier delays beyond our control.
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Prescription lenses are custom-made and subject to restocking fees. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of ZOZO TOMI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product designs may be protected by design patents or registrations.
