Prescription glasses are custom-made to order. Standard production takes 5-7 business days after your prescription is confirmed. Progressive lenses, high-index lenses (1.67 and 1.74), and complex prescriptions may take 7-10 business days. Non-prescription orders typically process in 3-5 business days.
Production begins only after we have your complete and verified prescription. If you selected "Send Later," your production time starts when we receive your prescription.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — current promotions will be displayed at checkout.
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.
