Answers to common questions about ordering, prescriptions, shipping, and more
You can place your order without immediately providing a prescription by selecting the "Send Later" option. However, we will not begin production until we have your verified prescription. Prescriptions should be current (typically issued within the last 2 years) and issued by a licensed eye care professional.
If your PD is not on your prescription, you can measure it yourself following our guide on the Prescription Guide page. Alternatively, upload your prescription and we can estimate PD based on standard values for your frame choice. For the most accurate results, ask your eye doctor to include PD on your prescription.
Currently, we do not directly process vision insurance claims. However, many vision insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for online eyewear purchases. You can request an itemized receipt after your purchase to submit to your insurance provider. Check with your specific plan for out-of-network coverage details.
Yes. Select "Non-Prescription" or "Frame Only" when choosing your lens type. Non-Prescription glasses come with clear or blue light blocking plano (no prescription) lenses. Frame Only means no lenses are included.
Progressive lenses provide a seamless gradient of vision correction — distance at the top, intermediate in the middle, and near at the bottom — with no visible line. There is typically an adaptation period of a few days. Visit our Progressive Lens Guide for detailed information.
Standard production takes 5-7 business days after prescription confirmation. Progressive, high-index, and complex prescriptions may take 7-10 business days. We'll notify you when your order enters production and when it ships.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Standard international shipping takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount — check our Shipping Policy for current details.
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your glasses, you may return them for a refund. Because prescription lenses are custom-made, returns may be subject to a restocking fee. For full details, see our Return Policy.
If you're having vision issues with your new glasses, first allow 1-3 days for your eyes to adjust, especially with a new prescription or progressive lenses. If problems persist, contact us. We'll review your order against your submitted prescription. If the lenses were made incorrectly, we'll remake them at no charge. If the prescription itself needs adjustment, you'll need an updated prescription from your eye doctor.
All frames come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers issues like frame breakage at solder points, defective hinges, and manufacturing flaws. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Lenses are covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects.
