30-Day Return Window

You may return your glasses within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. Items must be in their original condition with all included accessories (case, cloth, packaging).

Prescription Lenses

Prescription lenses are custom-made to your specifications. Because they cannot be resold, prescription lens returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% to cover the cost of the lenses. Frame-only and non-prescription returns are not subject to this fee.

Remakes for Prescription Issues

If you experience vision problems with your glasses and we determine the lenses were made incorrectly (different from your submitted prescription), we will remake the lenses at no charge. If your prescription needs to be updated, you will need to provide a new valid prescription from your eye doctor.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at service@zozotomi.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label (for domestic returns) or return instructions (for international returns).
  3. Pack your glasses securely with all accessories and include your order number.
  4. Ship the package back. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: custom OEM/ODM orders, wholesale bulk orders, items damaged due to misuse or accident, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Warranty

All frames include a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Lenses are covered for 90 days against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered.
