The Ordering Process

Ordering prescription glasses online is easy. Just follow these six steps, and if you have any questions along the way, our team is here to help.

1

Choose Your Frame

Browse our collection of prescription-ready frames. Use the filters to narrow down by shape, material, color, and more. Each product page shows full details, including available colors and lens compatibility. Once you find the frame you like, click "Select Lenses and Buy" to begin customizing.

2

Choose Your Lens Type

Select the type of prescription you need: Single Vision (standard distance or reading), Progressive (distance, intermediate, and near in one lens), Reading (near vision only), Non-Prescription (clear or blue light blocking, no prescription needed), or Frame Only (no lenses included).

3

Enter or Upload Your Prescription

You have three options for providing your prescription:

  • Enter Manually: Type your prescription values directly into the form. You'll need your SPH, CYL, Axis, and PD values for each eye. For progressive lenses, you'll also need your ADD values.
  • Upload Prescription: Take a clear photo or scan of your prescription slip and upload it. Our optical team will review and verify all values before production.
  • Send Later: Don't have your prescription handy? No problem. Place your order first, and we'll email you instructions on how to submit your prescription when you're ready. We won't start production until we have your verified prescription.
4

Choose Your Lens Index

Lens index determines how thick your lenses will be:

  • 1.56 Standard: Good for mild prescriptions (up to ±2.00)
  • 1.61 Thin: Recommended for prescriptions up to ±4.00
  • 1.67 Ultra Thin: Recommended for prescriptions up to ±6.00
  • 1.74 Super Thin: Best for stronger prescriptions (over ±6.00)
5

Choose Your Lens Function

Add lens coatings and functions:

  • Clear: Standard lenses with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coating.
  • Blue Light Blocking: Filters blue light from digital screens. Recommended for computer users, students, and anyone with extended screen time.
  • Photochromic Grey/Brown: Lenses that darken in sunlight and return to clear indoors. Available in grey or brown tint.
6

Review Order & Checkout

Review your frame choice, prescription details, lens options, and total price. Once confirmed, proceed to checkout. We accept PayPal and credit card payments. After your order is placed, our optical team will review your prescription and contact you if anything needs clarification. Standard production takes 5-7 business days after prescription confirmation.
